As an experienced Yoga Instructor since 2014, my goal has always been to help others connect to themselves through embodiment practices like yoga, breath work, and mindfulness. Our bodies are not the same from day to day, even moment to moment. So I aim to meet you on your mat, exactly as you are, tailoring the practices to meet your needs.
